Background:

Rob comes from a history of climbing mountains to achieve success, both metaphorically and literally. He’s summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in socks, and guided mountaineering expeditions for years before he broke into consulting. 

He’s been consulting for 10 years, assisting startups and existing companies; to name a few: OrangeTheory Fitness, YouFit Health Clubs, Tap42, Johnny Rockets, Dunkin’ Donuts, and more. 

Whether it be a franchise, franchisee, or non-franchise, his experience has proven valuable in the growth of over 500+ companies, brands, and locations. 

Highlight

Implemented operational structure, revolving around scale, accountability and sales, to allow a franchise to boost overall numbers for over 118 location, and set the stage for an influx of territory purchases.
